Yoga is an ancient physical and spiritual practice that originated in India and is now practiced in various forms around the world. It finds mention in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the father of Yoga.

Yoga, like any other science, is constantly evolving. It is now practised across the globe by millions and millions of people. The benefits of Yoga can be seen in all walks of life be it health promotion, disease prevention, education, sports, wellness, management of lifestyle, etc.

Some of our social drive:

  • 21st June Yoga day programmes at district level were organised under the authority of Maurarji Desai National yoga institute (MDNIY) New Delhi under the deptt. of AYUSH Govt. of India for year 2016, 2017 & 2018 along with “Madhumeh Mukt Bharat” project programme.
  • We occasionally organise health & fitness camps in parks, schools, institutions, colleges and Universities especially in Rohtak City.
  • For Health Promotion through Yoga we visit various Educational Institutions and Social organisations mostly on their request.
  • We assist the identical organisations in technical and organisational aspects.
  • Due to COVID-19 in lockdown period our organisation has given lectures on yoga literature and therapy for their seminars and workshops in various universities of Haryana & New Delhi.
